Our aim is to breed big but not too heavy, quality sport horses.
We purchased Oakley in 2001 as an 18 month old youngster when we couldn't find a suitable coloured / pinto stallion to serve my mare (Piquet) with. I was looking for height and not too heavy a build – something that would give me a nice foal from Thoroughbred mares, even if it wasn't coloured.
